As a Freshman in 2001-2002
Showing flashes of what will come, Outen Barlow earned more playing time through the course of the season, appearing in 29 her one start of the year in the second round of the WNIT at Virginia Tech (3-16-02), Outen Barlow ripped the nets for 18 points on 7-12 shooting including hittng 3-4 trifectas, all in just 27 minutes of play...averaged 3.8 points, 10 minutes and 1.8 rebounds per game while shooting at a healthy 50.6% from the floor.

High School: Athletic and skilled with great court vision, Outen- Barlow led the Hawks with averages of 18 points and 3.1 assists. She scored 20 or more points nine times... All-Metro (Baltimore & Washington, D.C.) First Team, two-time Howard County MVP... Addidas Top 10 All-Star Team...Led the Hawks to the Howard County title, finishing her career with 1,233 points.

Daughter of Wendy and Michael Barlow. Hopes to someday play in the WNBA and then run the family business.
