on the wide distribution of scoring
"We have a lot of people on our team who can make shots. On any given day, there could be anybody who can step up and make shots. Tonight they were all going in."
on what they've learned during the past few games
"Against Xavier, I think that's the hardest we've ever played. Every point and every possession counted. Against UMass, we kind of let them back into it. And after Xavier, one overtime is going to mean nothing to us. We're going to play hard and win."
on winning easily after two overtime games
"Coach told us yesterday how we had played fve overtimes in two games. We pulled off one, we pulled off one, we didn't pull off the other. To us that was unacceptable. We played extremely hard against Xavier, and that was a heartbreaker. Against UMass, we could have done some things better. So tonight we wanted to show that those two games are not how we usually play."
on the 23-0 2nd half run
"In that stretch, everybody was contributing all over. Our shot selection was awesome, we were passing the ball great tonight, and the numbers across the board were even. That helps because now when we go into a tougher game, if everybody's scoring, the opponent has to play everybody. And that opens up Ugo and CJ."
"Tonight, I had a lot of fun. On the bench, the girls were cheering for each other. After Xavier, we were heartbroken. So to come out and have a game like this was good for everybody."
