• George Washington completes its 2005-06 season with a 23-9 overall record, for the second consecutive year.

• The Colonials have fallen in the second round for the second consecutive season and for the third time in the last four years.

• Head coach Joe McKeown completes the season with a 386-143 (.730) career record.

• Largest halftime deficit of the 2005-06 season: 17 points, Tennessee (3/21)

• Overcame the 17-point deficit to come within nine points of Tennessee in the second half, as the Colonials started the half with an 11-3 run in the first 6:30 minutes.

• Jessica Simmonds (Sr., F) o Finished her career with....  1,279 points, 14th on GW's all-time scoring list  117 blocked shots, fifth on GW's all-time career list  795 rebounds, sixth on GW's all-time career list  211 steals, 12th on GW's all-time career list  191 assists, tied for 19th on GW's all-time career list
