WNBA Draft to be Held on Saturday, April 17

WASHINGTON, DC - George Washington's Cathy Joens is preparing for the WNBA draft, which is being held on Saturday, April 17 at noon. In the meantime, she traveled to New York to participate in the WNBA Pre-Draft camp held at the New York Knicks training facility on April 7 and 8. According to ESPN.com reporter Graham Hays, Joens had an outstanding pre-draft camp and may have helped her chances of being drafted on Saturday.
