Atlantic 10 Announces Women's Basketball Pairings
Colonials' Conference Slate Features Seven Games Against 2013 Postseason Teams

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - The George Washington women's basketball team will play seven games against teams that reached the 2013 postseason, including home-and-home matchups against A-10 champion Saint Joseph's and regular-season champ Dayton, as part of its 16-game Atlantic 10 Conference schedule for 2013-14, the league announced on Thursday.
GW will also battle local rival and conference newcomer George Mason, as well as Massachusetts in a home-and-home series. Additionally, the Colonials will host La Salle, Saint Louis, VCU and WNIT participant Fordham at the Charles E. Smith Center in the upcoming campaign.
On top of the road dates at Dayton, Mason, UMass and Saint Joseph's, GW will visit Rhode Island, St. Bonaventure and WNIT participants Duquesne and Richmond in 2013-14.
The complete 2013-14 schedule with dates and times will be announced at a later date.
