"I am proud to be a Colonial gymnast because it means you are part of a family. You are surrounded by people who not only want you to succeed in and out of the gym but in life as well. Like any family, they will push you until you don't think you can do anymore until you learn that you have a lot more to give and that there are no limits to what you can accomplish. GW Gymnastics is taking care of business everyday." 2012 as a sophomore: Named to EAGL All-Tournament First Team for All-Around after scoring 38.725 at the EAGL Championships (March 24) ... scored a career-high 9.775 on the balance beam at North Carolina (Feb. 24) ... finished second on team with career-high 9.825 on the floor exercise against Towson (March 19) ... recipient of the Lindsey Ferris Award, also known as the Attitude is Everything Award, annually given to the GW gymnast who best exemplifies the team spirit and leadership qualities of the late gymnastics alumna ... also received the Colonial Heart Award and earned the Starter Award for both balance beam and uneven bars ... recorded 16 routines of 9.700 or better. 2011 as a freshman: Competed in all 11 events in debut season at GW ... one of five Colonial gymnasts to qualify for NCAA Athens Regional ... named to All-EAGL Second Team for All-Around ... finished second on team with 38.250 in All-Around, including season-high 9.725 on uneven bars against Towson (1/29) ... led team with 9.550 on vault at NC State Tri-Meet (2/4) ... paced Colonials with 38.775 in all-around, 9.675 on beam and 9.700 on vault at West Virginia Quad Meet (2/20) ... recorded 10 routines of 9.7 or better ... finished second among GW gymnasts at NCAA Athens Regional with 37.550 in the all-around.
