"Being a GW gymnast has prepared me for a successful life in so many ways. It has taught me that clear and constant communication is vital in all aspects of life, but especially when working as a group. With my teammates and coaches, I have seen proof that anything is achievable if you are eager and willing to work hard for it and step outside of your comfort zone. Most importantly, I have learned that choosing to have a positive attitude for whatever situation you are in makes ALL the difference. I am certain that I, and all of my teammates, will lead successful and happy lives due in a large part to the life lessons we learned while being a part of such an amazing team."
