"Being a Colonial gymnast has given me the opportunity to display an extraordinary amount of passion and focus in every aspect of my life. It has continued to strengthen my ability to multitask, manage my time, be accountable for my actions, and successfully adapt to every situation that I'm put in; all valuable skills that apply to life after college. The mental toughness that is required of a Colonial gymnast to not only excel in their sport, but also in the classroom, has encouraged me to maintain determination, heart, and finesse for years to come. My experience as a Colonial has instilled great traditions that I know will prove to be advantageous even after my tenure at GW."
