"I am so fortunate to have had the opportunity to continue my education at a top university like GW. The knowledge I have gained while working towards my degree will undoubtedly prepare me for life after graduation. My experiences as a GW athlete, however, are what have taught me my most valuable lesson--there is nothing better than the way you feel when you are doing something that you love. The combination of academic and athletic programs at GW has enlightened me in ways that will prepare me both for future success and happiness. My teammates are important to me because of the bond we share as a result of the combined passion for our sport, and the common appreciation of how special it is to be a member of GW Gymnastics. These are the qualities that bring my teammates and I closer together, as well as make them the best people to share my experiences with."
