"Ken Blanchard said, "There is a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you only do it when it is convenient. When you're committed to something you accept no excuses, only results." This quote is what being a Colonial gymnast means to me. This is a year full of taking care of business! Respect, determination and commitment are key aspects that must be displayed and lived by everyday! As part of a team, the drive to perform the best everyday, in the classroom, in the gym and in life, is crucial in order to be successful!"
