Gymnastics' Jess Guilbert Scores Season High on Floor at NCAA Southeast Regional

ATHENS, GA - George Washington University junior Jess Guilbert (Roswell, GA) scored a season-high 9.825 on floor exercise, while senior Erin Aiken (Centreville, VA) placed 17th in the all-around with a score of 37.775 as the Colonials wrapped up their season Saturday evening at the NCAA Southeast Regional Gymnastics Championship at Stegeman Coliseum.

Guilbert, who came into the meet with a previous season best of 9.8, finished in a tie for 13th on floor out of 42 competitors.

Aiken, meanwhile, posted scores of 9.1 on vault, 9.325 on bars, 9.65 on balance beam and 9.7 on floor. Georgia's Kelsey Erickson and Nebraska's Emily Parsons shared top honors in the all-around as each finished with a total of 39.500.
