WASHINGTON - The George Washington gymnastics team will compete on consecutive days this Sunday and Monday first hosting the annual Brownie & Girl Scout Meet on Sunday afternoon at 1:00 p.m. at the Charles E. Smith Center.

After hosting East Atlantic Gymnastics League (EAGL) rival Rutgers and William & Mary, the Colonials will make the short trip to College Park, Md., for a tri-meet with conference foes Maryland, Towson and Pittsburgh on Monday.

After four weeks of competition, freshman Chelsea Raineri leads the EAGL as the top vault performer while ranking third overall on the floor exercise. On vault, Raineri is averaging 9.875 per routine while scoring an average of 9.833 on floor exercise.

Senior Taylor Henderson is also garnering conference ranks, sitting at fifth overall on uneven bars with an average score of 9.783.

As a team, the Colonials rank third in the EAGL and 35th in the nation on uneven bars, averaging a score of 48.500 per outing.

Rutgers enters Sunday's meet with a 6-1 overall record, 2-0 mark against EAGL opponents and a team national ranking of No. 29.

William & Mary is coming off a third-place finish against EAGL rival NC State and Texas Woman's University last weekend. Sunday marks the first of two scheduled meetings this season between the Tribe and the Colonials.
