Live Stats | Watch Live | Tickets WASHINGTON - The George Washington gymnastics team will compete in its second straight home meet at the Charles E. Smith Center on Thursday evening when the Colonials host the Yale Bulldogs at 7 p.m. The meeting marks the first of two consecutive meets between the two teams. Both GW and Yale will participate in a quad meet at Towson on Saturday with the host Tigers and Penn. GW is coming off a narrow dual-meet loss to Pittsburgh on Saturday at the annual Brownie & Girl Scout Meet. The two teams held nearly identical scores entering the third rotation but the Panthers pulled away for a 194.750-192.500 victory. Junior Stephanie Stoicovy was one of three Colonials to set a career-high. Stoicovy finished on the all-around podium for the seventh time this season, aided by a personal best 9.925 on the floor exercise. Also setting career-high scores were sophomore Taylor Henderson (9.725 on uneven bars) and junior Nefertiti Roy (9.775 on floor exercise). GW's season-high team score is 193.125 set on Feb. 4, while the Bulldogs scored a season-best 190.825 on Feb. 18. The last time the two teams met was during the 2010 season when the Colonials edged Yale 192.100-188.700 at a quad meet hosted by the University of Maryland.
