WASHINGTON - George Washington gymnastics head coach Margie Foster-Cunningham has announced that Sara Mermelstein (Northport, N.Y./Northport Senior), Jillian Winstanley (Arlington, Mass./Arlington) and Alexandra Zois (Crofton, Md./Archbishop Spalding) have signed National Letters of Intent during the early signing period and will join the Colonials for the 2014-15 academic year.

"We are very excited about these three student-athletes that will be joining us next year," said Coach Foster-Cunningham. "We are graduating six gymnasts this spring so our focus for this class was replenishing the talent we will be losing on balance beam and uneven bars.
