Seidman connected with Phillips for a goal with 14 seconds left in the opening half to put the Buff and Blue ahead, 3-2, heading into the break.
Melanie Sarcinello scored on a free-position shot to give La Salle a 5-4 lead, but Phillips added back-to-back goals a minute apart to give the Colonials the lead at 6-5 with 22:10 remaining.
