Sarah Dondero is in her fourth year as the novice coach for George Washington Women's Rowing. As an undergraduate of the University of Virginia, she helped the Cavaliers row to four top-four finishes at the NCAA Championships.

While at George Washington, she has directed the novice squad to four gold medals at the Atlantic 10 Women's Rowing Championship and a sixth-place finish at the 2005 Eastern Sprints Regatta.

Dondero holds a master's degree in Information System Technology and is pursuing an MBA from George Washington to work in Sports Administration. She resides in Washington, DC.
