Varsity Eight and Varsity Four Defeat Georgetown

WASHINGTON, DC - The George Washington University women's rowing team defeated Georgetown in the Class of 1998 Cup, at the Potomac River on Saturday afternoon. After losing the cup last season, both the Varsity Eight and Varsity Four defeated the Hoyas in their respective races.

The Colonials will be in action next Saturday, April 21, at the Atlantic 10 Championships in Camden, NJ. GW will look to defend their Varsity Eight Championship from last year.
