WOODBRIDGE, VA - The George Washington women's rowing team returned to action at the Occoquan Chase and finished ninth in their last race of the fall season. The Colonials also finished 15th in the freshman race, which took place in Woodbridge, VA.

"Today was our most complete race of the year, "said Head Coach Eric Carcich. "I felt it was a great way to end the fall and we look forward to going into winter training and preparing for our spring season."

The Colonials now will not return to competition until March 21st against George Mason. The team will now head into winter training in preparation for the spring season.
