High School: Named first team all-district and second team all-region...Helped Kettle Run to 2010-11 district title and runner-up status in 2011-12...Also competed for Fairfax County Cardinals and Virginia Soccer Association Heat...Helped VSA Heat squad claim 2012 National League Tournament championship...Honor roll student and member of National Honors Society...Participated in Interact Club, Random Acts of Kindness and Young Republicans Committee.

Personal: Born Ivana Virginia Szwejkowski on July 22, 1995 in Boston, MA...Daughter of Michelle and Chet Szwejkowski...Has one brother, Chet, and one sister Eliana...Intends to major in physical therapy.

Head Coach Sarah Barnes on Ivana: "Ivana comes to GW with a great work ethic and a solid soccer base. As a holding player in midfield, she is disciplined, plays simple and does a good job of picking her spots to join the attack.
