WASHINGTON – The George Washington women’s soccer coaching staff will host a series of Friday night clinics on June 22, July 13 and July 20 from 7-9 p.m. at the GW Soccer Field on the Mount Vernon Campus.

Those attending the clinics must be women over the age of 18, and participation is limited only by age and gender. Participants are able to register as a beginning or advanced player and are welcome to take part in training sessions of their chosen level of play. The cost of the clinic is $20 per session.

The Colonials’ coaching staff will host training sessions that include both technical and tactical skills, such as passing, receiving and shooting, while also focusing on defensive and offensive principals. Small side games will give participants an opportunity to apply what is learned throughout the training sessions.

Group discounts are available for those who register eight or more players at a time. Prior to participating in the clinics all participants must complete a participant consent form

Clinic registration is available online by clicking here. For more information, please contact assistant coach Marla Nelson at nelsonm@gwu.edu or 202-994-7262.
