GW's Sierra Smidinger Lands Spot on TopDrawerSoccer.com Top 20 List

WASHINGTON – Senior Sierra Smidinger, the George Washington women’s soccer team's leading scorer, has been included among the Atlantic 10’s Top 20 Players according to TopDrawerSoccer.com. The co-captain holds the No. 18 spot on the list of the conference’s best players. A three-year starter, Smidinger has tallied four goals and one assist so far this year and leads the Colonials with nine points. The 5-foot-6 midfielder has served as a free-kick target in the box with two header goals this fall. Smidinger totaled a career-high five points with two goals and an assist in GW’s 5-1 win over Robert Morris on Sept. 4.
