WASHINGTON, DC--The softball game between George Washington and Towson, scheduled for 3:00 pm at Towson Center Softball Complex has been postponed due to inclement weather. The make-up doubleheader has been set for Tuesday, April 12, with games starting at 3:00 pm, at the Towson Cener Softball Complex.

The Colonials (11-11-1), sitting tied for first place in Atlantic 10 action with Fordham at 3-1, will host Saint Joseph's for single games on Friday, April 1 at 3:00 pm and Saturday, April 2 at 12:00 pm. On Sunday, April 3, GW will take on Temple for back-to-back games starting at 12:00 pm.

GW is led by three-time Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week Chelsea Lenhart, with a .373 batting average, 16 RBI and 10 doubles, good for seventh in the country through March 29. Speedster Amanda Zakeri is 23rd in the country with 12-of-13 stolen bases.
