In his first season, Gross played an instrumental role in leading the women's squash program to its first-ever Kurtz Cup (B-Division) Championship at the College Squash Association (CSA) Team Nationals. The Colonials concluded the 2013-14 season as the No. 9-ranked team in the nation, the highest national ranking in program history.
Gross is responsible for on-court training, match preparation, recruiting and player development with a focus on alumni relations.
A four-year member of the Tufts University varsity squash program, Gross served as team captain in his senior season while playing No. 1 for the Jumbos as a sophomore, junior and senior. He was also a three-time First Team All-NESCAC selection.
Gross has served as squash coach at the Capitol Hill Squash Camp (2006-11) while working as an account manager and senior associate at LivingSocial.
