LANCASTER, Pa. - The No. 11 George Washington women's squash team won all matches in straight sets in a 9-0 sweep of No. 18 Franklin & Marshall on Friday night at Mayser Center.

GW (9-5) will host Virginia (11 a.m.) and Bucknell (5 p.m.) on Saturday in a Homecoming doubleheader at the Matthew J. Grossman Squash Courts at Lerner Health & Wellness Center.

Friday's win marked the sixth time this season the Colonials have won by a 9-0 score and the third time that the victory came in straight sets.

The trio of sophomore Anna Gabriela Porras, freshman Breanne Flynn and sophomore Alejandra Porras controlled the top three spots on the ladder. Porras and Flynn each picked up their team-leading 11th win of the season while Alejandra Porras secured her 10th victory.

Seniors Kelly Barnes (No. 5) and Elizabeth Tapley (No. 9) each picked up wins in their final road matches and will be honored with five classmates at tomorrow's Senior Day ceremony prior to the 5 p.m,. match against Bucknell.

Also picking up wins for GW were sophomores Emely Levyn (No. 4), Eunice Tan (No. 6) and Alexa Tzarnas (No. 7) and freshman Mehak Chawla (No. 8).
