WASHINGTON - The No. 11-ranked George Washington women's squash team carries a three-match win streak into this weekend's Yale Round Robin at the Brady Squash Center in New Haven, Conn.

GW (4-4) will face No. 14 Williams (Fri, 7:30 p.m.), No. 20 Bowdoin (Sat., 11:30 a.m.), No. 5 Yale (Sat., 2:00 p.m.) and No. 16 Middlebury (Sun., 11:30 a.m.) at the annual event.

BRUNSWICK, Maine - The No. 14 George Washington women's squash team opened the Maine Round Robin with a 9-0 win over No. 23 Tufts, but was unable to continue the momentum, suffering its third straight loss on Sunday afternoon against Bowdoin at Lubin Squash Center.

Women's Squash Swept at Yale Round Robin
NEW HAVEN, Conn. - The No. 14-ranked George Washington women's squash team competed at the annual Yale Round Robin this past weekend, dropping three matches to No. 6 Stanford, No. 10 Williams and No. 12 Middlebury.

The Colonials earned their highest ranking in program history after moving up to No. 11 in the latest College Squash Association National Rankings. GW won three matches last weekend, including an upset of No. 11 Bates to earn the bump in the rankings.

Sophomore Anna Gabriela Porras, the reigning CSA Female Player of the Week, paces the Colonials with a 6-1 individual record. Freshman Breanne Flynn also has six individual victories while Porras' sister, Alejandra Porras, has collected five victories thus far.

The Colonials lost two matches to Williams last season, including an 8-1 decision at the CSA National Championships. GW also faced Yale at last year's round robin, falling 9-0, and last played Middlebury (L, 9-0) and Bowdoin (W, 8-1) during the 2011-12 season.
