Nov. 26, 2012
@GWSquash | Dunlop CSA National Rankings WASHINGTON- The George Washington women's squash team climbed four spots to No. 12 in the Dunlop College Squash Association (CSA) National Rankings following last weekend's upset of then-No. 12 Bates on November 24. The ranking is the highest ever in program history. The Colonials stunned No. 12 Bates on November 24, rallying from a 4-3 deficit to win the final two matches and shock the Bobcats for the biggest win in program history. The Colonials are off to a 2-1 start and will head north this weekend for a quartet of matches against ranked opponents. On Friday, GW (2-1) will visit No. 28 Connecticut College before heading to Amherst to face No. 19 Amherst on Saturday. On Sunday, the Colonials will return to Hartford, Conn., for a double header with No. 21 Colby and No. 3 Trinity. The Colonials will close out the fall portion of its 2012-13 schedule with a match against No. 4 Princeton at the Matthew J. Grossman Squash Courts at Lerner Health & Wellness Center on December 8th.
