WASHINGTON – The George Washington women’s squash team is set to face No. 13 Virginia for the Washington-Jefferson Cup on Tuesday evening at 4 p.m. at the Matthew J. Grossman Squash Courts in the Lerner Health and Wellness Center.

LAST TIME OUT: Against their toughest opponent of the 2017-18 season, the Colonials fell to No. 4 Princeton, 9-0, on November 19. Junior Brooke Feldman posted a lone victory in the No. 10 position on the ladder, defeating Princeton’s Natalie Tung 3-1.

WASHINGTON-JEFFERSON CUP: The Washington-Jefferson Cup started last season as an annual rivalry between the Colonials and the Cavaliers. The winner is decided by the cumulative score of the men’s and women’s matches. GW will look to hold onto the cup this season after defeating Virginia, 25-11, in 2016-17.
