2009-10: As a Junior
At the 2010 Atlantic 10 Championships, Leor set four GW records ... led off the 800-yard freestyle relay, recording a time of 1:51.54, the third fastest time in GW swimming history ... later, she anchored the 200-yard medley relay in a time of 23.16, the fastest split ever recorded by a GW swimmer ... Leor started the second night of competition with a third place finish in the 200-yard IM (2:04.67) ... less than 15 minutes later, she returned to the starting blocks and posted a fourth place finish in the 50-yard freestyle, recording a new school record time of 23.58 ... In her third event of the night, Leor led off the 200-yard freestyle relay and shaved off .03 seconds off her record, posting a time of 23.55 seconds in the 50-yard freestyle ... Paola also competed in the 100-yard butterfly, narrowly missing the school record, in a time of 56.29 seconds. On the final night of the championship meet, Leor set a new school record in the 100-yard freestyle, making her the first GW woman swimmer to break the 51 second barrier in the event ... Her swim of 50.97 was the second fastest 100-yard freestyle in the A-10 during the 2009-2010 season ... Leor was named to the Atlantic 10 Academic All-Conference team during the postseason, as well as three-time GW women's swimming team MVP.
2008-2009: As a Sophomore
At the Atlantic 10 Championships competed in the 50-yard freestyle and 200 IM ... set two school records, posting a 10th place finish in the 200 IM (2:05.66) and a 9th Place finish in the 50-yard freestyle (23.69) ... qualified 5th after the preliminary heats of the 100-yard butterfly (56.39) ... helped post two school records in the 200-yard medley relay (freestyle leg-23.46...1:45.05) and 200-yard freestyle relay (23.19...1:35.93) ... was also a member of the 800-yard freestyle relay (Lead off- 1:52.57) and the 400 Freestyle Relay (51.32...3:31.72) ... during the 2008-2009 season, she posted another school record in the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 51.10.
2007-08: As a Freshman
At the Atlantic 10 Championships two school records placed 3rd in the 50-yard freestyle (24.01) and 9th in the 200 IM (2:05.86) ... qualified 4th after the preliminary heats of the 100-yard butterfly (57.50) ... helped the Colonials by swimming on four relays ... posted impressive splits in the 200-yard medley relay (freestyle- 24.06), 800-yard freestyle relay (lead off- 1:52.77), 200-yard free relay (23.54), and the 400-yard freestyle relay (51.34.)
