High School: Swam for Boise High School...Won the 2012 Idaho State Championship in the 100 fly...Holds state records in the 200 free relay (1:41.48) and the 200 medley relay (1:51.26)...Owns district records in the 50 free (24.78), 100 free (53.60), 200 free relay (1:42.10) and 200 medley relay (1:53.10)...Named Most Valuable Newcomer as a freshman...Went undefeated during 2010, 2011 and 2012 seasons...Also swam for Boise YMCA Swim Team...Was a member of Riverstone International School Student Council.

Personal: Born Phoebe Louise Turner on Aug. 21, 1995 in Boise, ID...Daughter of Cassandra Cannon and Thomas Turner...Has a younger brother, Samuel, and a younger sister, Paige...Intends to major in international affairs and philosophy at GW.
