Junior-Senior Duo Paced Colonials to Win Over Georgetown in Home Finale

The junior-senior duo of Janica Lee and Caroline Myers helped pace the GW women's swimming team to a 160.5-94.5 victory over crosstown rival Georgetown on Saturday afternoon in the Colonials' home finale. Lee won three individual races - the 100- and 200-yard breaststroke events and the 200-yard individual medley. Competing in her final meet in the Charles E. Smith Center Pool, Myers won a team-high four races - the 200-, 500- and 1,000-yard freestyles and swam the lead-off leg of the first-place finishing 400 free relay.
