Women’s Tennis Continues Play at Hokie Invite

BLACKBURG, Va. – Senior Marie-Louise Decamps advanced to her singles consolation flight finals on Saturday afternoon as the GW women’s tennis squad completed day two of competition at the Hokie Fall Invite hosted by Virginia Tech.

Decamps advanced in the Leadership Flight consolation final with a victory over Miami’s Anastasia Vasiukhina in straight sets, 6-1, 6-3. Decamps will face Penn State’s Bennett Dunn on Sunday afternoon in the consolation final.

In doubles play, the duo of juniors Maria Siopacha and Victoria Kogan fell in the quarterfinal to Old Dominion’s Louie McLelland and Adriana Rajkovic, 6-2.

Consolation singles and doubles play will continue on Sunday.
