Volleyball Announces Yearly Team Awards

The 2004 George Washington Volleyball Team Awards were presented Jan. 25 at its annual season-ending banquet. Each award winner was selected by her teammates for their contributions throughout the course of the 2004 season.

Most Improved: Shannon Parks (Jr., Opposite)
Most Inspirations: Katie Downey (Sr., Opposite)
Defensive Player of the Year: Jessica Vesey (Jr., Libero)
Offensive Player of the Year: Kelly Kabbes (Soph., Middle) and Shannon Parks (Jr., Opposite)
Rookie of the Year: Janine Brown (Fr., Outside)
Most Outstanding Player: Molly Law (Sr., Outside)
