2012
Finished rookie season with 159 saves, 18 assists, 22 steals and three penalties blocked in 100 quarters played ... Posted two games with double-digit saves ... Recorded eight saves - including a penalty block - and two steals to help GW defeat Brown for the first time ever (2/11) ... Tallied a season-high 12 saves against Wagner (2/26) and Mercyhurst (4/15) ... Recognized on the CWPA Southern Division Rookie of the Week and Defensive Player of the Week Honor Rolls on March 20.

HIGH SCHOOL
Chandler helped Dos Pueblos High to three-straight CIF Division I titles from 2009-11 and a CIF Division II title in 2008. She was also a member of the Santa Barbara Aquatics Club from 2007-11.

PERSONAL
Chandler Annamaria Vilander was born Sept. 8, 1993, in Santa Barbara, Calif., and is the daughter of Scott and Barbara Vilander. She has one younger sister, Britten, and intends to major in psychology at GW.

Coach Reed's Take: "Chandler has played for one of the top high school programs in the country. Her experience will allow her to have an easy transition into the college game and she should be a valuable asset to our defense."
