Water Polo's Greenfield Named CWPA Southern Division Player of the Week

WASHINGTON, DC (Feb. 28, 2002) - George Washington senior goalkeeper Lisa Greenfield (Los Gatos, CA/Los Gatos HS) was named Southern Division Player of the Week by the Collegiate Water Polo Association.

Greenfield led GW to a 3-0 weekend at the Bucknell Invitational, notching two victories over Slippery Rock and one win over Bucknell. Greenfield recorded a team record 19 saves in the Sunday Slippery Rock game, totaling 37 sav es for the weekend.

Greemfield and the Colonials return to action this weekend, traveling to California to compete in the Claremont College Invite from March 2-3.
