Women's Water Polo Draws Fourth Seed At Southern Championships

WASHINGTON, DC - The Collegiate Waster Polo Association (CWPA) released the seeding for the women's water polo Southern Division Championship scheduled from Friday, April 11 - Sunday, April 13, at Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA, announcing George Washington as the fourth of thirteen seeds.

The Colonials face Washington & Jefferson in their first round match scheduled for 1:15 p.m. on Friday, April 11. GW takes on host Buckenell in their second match of the round at 6:15 p.m. The matches for the following rounds will be determined by Friday's results.

The seeds for the Southern Division Championship are:

1. University of Michigan
2. Princeton University
3. Indiana University
4. George Washington University
5. Bucknell University
6. Villanova University
7. Gannon University
8. Slippery Rock University
9. Washington & Jefferson College
10. Grove City College
11. Penn State Behrend College
12. Mercyhurst College
13. Salem International University
