WASHINGTON, DC - George Washington women's water polo alumna Morgan Hooker ('07) will star in Discovery Channel's newest reality show 'The Colony' starting Tuesday, July 21, at 10:00 pm ET.

Hooker, who received a bachelor's degree in mechanical and aerospace engineering from GW, was one of 10 people who spent two months recreating a sustainable society in a downtown Los Angeles warehouse following a "global catastrophe."

Hooker graduated in 2007 as the women's water polo program's career leader with 170 goals. She earned CWPA Southern Division first team honors in 2006 and All-South second team accolades in 2005 and 2007.
