Hogan and Cartica Lead Colonials at Mid-Atlantic Regional, Hogan Qualifies For NCAA Nationals
Senior Megan Hogan led the Colonials with an 11th place finish

PRINCESS ANNE, MD - The George Washington Colonials cross country teams resumed action again on Saturday and were led once again by seniors Megan Hogan and Dan Cartica. Hogan finished 11th overall in the women's 6K race with a time of 21:01. Junior Jessica Stern finished second for the Colonials with a time of 23:07 and 54th overall.
In the Men's 10K race, Cartica paced the Colonials with a time of 34:18.5 and finished in 81st place. Zach Borenstein was the second Colonials runner to finish with a time of 35:20.8 and in 125th place.
Senior Megan Hogan will return to action in NCAA Nationals on Monday, November 23rd at Terre Haute, IN where she will race against the top runners in the country. Hogan also qualified for the 2008 NCAA Nationals in her first season on Foggy Bottom last year and finished 96th.
