Six Set PRs for Women's Track at Hopkins Invite

BALTIMORE - Six George Washington women's track student-athletes posted new personal records across three events at the Johns Hopkins Invitational.

Three of the new personal-record performances came in the 1500-meter run as Macualay Porter (4:45.89), Malone Gabor (5:05.30) and Gabby Vlattas (5:08.82) put forth career-best efforts.

Macy Evans (19:33.84) and Rachel Hughen (19:51.73) made their collegiate outdoor debuts in the 5000-meter run and performed well, both clinching top-15 finishes.

Lesley Fatica rounded out GW's competitors for the meet, making her collegiate debut in the 3,000-meter steeplechase. She finished third overall in 11:20.61.

GW is back in Baltimore next weekend for the Morgan State Legacy Meet.
