BIG APPLE: George Washington's men's and women's indoor track teams will compete in its final meet ahead of this month's Atlantic 10 Championship at the Armory Track Invitational in New York City.

THE FIELD: The event features a massive field of colleges, universities and professional runners. Six feature races, the 800m, mile and 3000m for men and women, will be contested between both collegiate student-athletes and pro runners.

LAST WEEK: Both the men's and women's team competed at a pair of local meets.

Sophomore Miranda DiBiasio finished in fourth place in the 5000m with a personal record time of 17:55.28, one of six Colonials to set a new personal best at Saturday's Terrapin Invitational in Landover, Maryland.

DiBiasio's time stands as the second-fastest indoor 5000m time in the A-10 this season.

On the men's side, nine student-athletes set new PRs while competing at the Wesley A. Brown Invitational in Annapolis, Maryland. Sophomore Carter Day highlighted the event with a sixth-place finish in the 800m with a new PR of 1:56.78.
