Exchange and Refund Policy:

All sales are final. Tickets will not be replaced, refunded or exchanged for any reason except as provided below:

  • Weather Policy: Tickets for all events are purchased at risk of inclement weather. It is the discretion of The George Washington University to issue refunds or exchanges in the event of inclement weather.

  • Event Cancellation: In the event that a game is canceled, your ticket purchase will be refunded to you. For orders placed online or over the phone, the refund will be issued to the credit card used to make the purchase. For tickets purchased in person at the Smith Center Box Office, please call 202.994.6050 within 14 days of the game date.
